- Online at Change Of Address For Real Estate And Personal Property | Douglas County Kansas (douglascountyks.org) for either your real estate or personal property account. The form will be sent to the appropriate county office for completion. You may continue to receive mail at the old address until the change is complete in our systems.
- By contacting the Douglas County Treasurer by email, phone, US Mail or by filling out the back portion of the tax statement that is to be turned in with your payment:
