(6) CUP-16-00069: Conditional Use Permit, King’s Borrow Area and Landfill; N 1300 Rd & E 1750 Rd. Submitted by Landplan Engineering PA, for Dan King, Denise King, Kent King & Patricia King, property owners of record. (The BoCC approved CUP-16-00069 for a borrow pit but denied the request for a recycling facility at their May 11, 2016 meeting. The CUP application has been revised to remove the recycling facility, expand the borrow area, and fill the existing ponds/borrow pits with clean rubble.) Mary Miller is the Planner.
