Flory called the Special meeting to order at 2:05 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 with all members present.
EXECUTIVE SESSION 06-26-16
At 2:05 p.m., Flory moved for the Board to recess to executive session for 45 minutes (until 2:50 p.m.) to consultation with attorney on a matter protected by the attorney-client privilege, the justification of which is to protect the privilege and the Board’s position in the legal matter to be discussed.
Attendees included Michael Seck, council with the firm of Fisher, Patterson, Sayler and Smith; Craig Weinaug, County Administrator; and Sarah Plinsky, Assistant County Administrator; and Ken McGovern, Douglas County Sheriff. Motion was seconded by Thellman and carried 3-0.
The Board returned to regular session at 2:50 p.m. No action was taken.
Gaughan moved to adjourn the meeting. Motion was seconded by Flory and carried 3-0.
