EXECUTIVE SESSION - Special Meeting
-Executive session to discuss personnel and to consult with County Counselor on matters which would be deemed privileged under the attorney-client relationship. The justification is to protect the attorney-client privilege and the privacy of the individual involved.

Flory called the special meeting of the Board of County Commissioners to order at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 with all members present.
EXECUTIVE SESSION 06-23-15
At 2:35 p.m., Flory moved for the Board to recess to executive session for 30 minutes (until 3:05 p.m.) to discuss personnel and to consult with County Counselor on matters which would be deemed privileged under the attorney-client relationship. The justification is to protect the attorney-client privilege and the privacy of the individual involved. Attendees included John Bullock, representing the County Counselor; Craig Weinaug, County Administrator; and Sarah Plinsky, Assistant County Administrator. Motion was seconded by Thellman and carried 3-0.
At 3:05 p.m., Flory extended the executive session for 25 minutes (until 3:30 p.m.). Motion was seconded by Thellman and carried 3-0.
At 3:30 p.m., Flory extended the executive session for 15 minutes (until 3:45 p.m.). Motion was seconded by Thellman and carried 3-0.
At 3:45 p.m., Flory extended the executive session for 15 minutes (until 4:00 p.m.). Motion was seconded by Thellman and carried 3-0.
The Board returned to regular session at 4:00 p.m. No action was taken.
Thellman moved to adjourn the meeting. Motion was seconded by Gaughan and carried 3-0.
