Primary Election Canvass at 9:00 a.m. in County Comm
March 9, 2015
Gaughan called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2015, with two Commissioners present, Gaughan and Thellman. The purpose of the Special Meeting was to canvass the results of the Primary Election held on March 2, 2015. Gaughan moved to appoint Bob Johnson to fill in for Commission Flory in his absence. Motion was seconded by Thellman and carried 2-0.
Johnson moved to approved the two (2) “no recommendation” ballots. Motion was seconded by Gaughan and carried 3-0.
Johnson moved to accept one hundred thirteen (113) provisional ballots as recommended by the County Clerk, and to not count fifteen (15) ballots as recommended by the County Clerk. Motion was seconded by Thellman and carried 3-0.

Flory opened the canvass for public comment.
Gaughan moved to accept the report of the votes by precinct, advance vote and mail in ballots; and to adjourn the meeting unless contacted by the County Clerk to reconvene for the prospect of provisional ballots affecting the outcome of any race. Motion was seconded by Thellman and carried 3-0
