8:15 am: Senior Services (John Glassman)
8:30 am: Douglas County Conservation District (Jim Weaver, Dennis Lawson or Mike Flory)
8:40 am: Bert Nash (Dave Johnson)
8:55 am: Humane Society (Midge Grinstead)
9:10 am: Emergency Services Council (Andy Brown)
9:25 am: Break or various administrative cost centers until 10:00 am, or skip if behind schedule
10:00 am: County Clerk including Elections (Jamie Shew)
10:20 am: Register of Deeds (Kay Pesnell)
10:30 am: Sheriff, including jail (Sheriff Ken McGovern)
(The Sheriff's budgets are the last scheduled for June 29. When completed, the County Commission can either adjourn or review some of the administrative cost centers depending on the time.)
Thellman called the regular session meeting to order at 8:07 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2009 with all members present.
BUDGET 06-29-09
The Board conducted 2010 budget hearings. No action was taken.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE 06-29-09
Thellman moved to approve accounts payable in the amount of $699,457.13 to be paid on 06/29/09. Motion was seconded by Gaughan and carried unanimously.
Thellman moved to adjourn the meeting; Flory seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
