Work session on Southeast Area Plan.
Johnson called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25, 2007 with two members present. McElhaney was absent.
CONSENT AGENDA 07-25-07
Johnson moved approval of the following Consent Agenda:
► Authorization to solicit bids to mill and overlay Route 1045 between US 24/59 Highway and the Jefferson County line and Route 1023 (Woodson Street) in the City of Lecompton, and authorization to solicit bids for hot-in-place recycling work on Route 1029 between the Franklin County line and US-56 Highway: and
► Resolution 07-30 relating to and amending a regulated planning and zoning classification within the unincorporated territory of Douglas County, Kansas.
The motion was seconded by Jones and carried 2-0.
Johnson moved to adjourn; Jones seconded and the motion carried 2-0.
