Jones called the meeting to order at 6:37 P.M. on Wednesday, April 7, 2004 with all members present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Rebecca Phipps and Dick Martin conducted a presentation on behalf of Watkins Museum regarding fundraising efforts. No action was taken.
Jones made a motion to adjourn; Johnson seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
